Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for a cancellation prior to the time of the session, otherwise we will have to charge for the full amount of the scheduled session. For cancellations with ample notice, a make-up session will need to be provided in the same or following week the session was cancelled, within the period of an active Subscription or Session Package, at a day and time that is mutually agreed upon with the client (time permitting).
