Ontario's Grade 12 Students Achieving Higher Grades

During the pandemic, Ontario's grade 12 students have on average been achieving higher grades. As a result, the barrier for entrance into university his risen. Universities are now requiring higher grades for acceptances into Ontario's most prestigious university programs.

Although the high school grades required for entrance into university has risen during the pandemic, due to the "grade freeze" that was issued by the Ontario Ministry of Education, we may see a slight decrease in those grade requirements due to the lifting of this directive.
